Luffy Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Luffy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Luffy.

2. Description of Service

Luffy is a universal AI agent orchestration platform that allows users to manage AI agents, workspaces, workflows, and integrations. The Service includes a command interface, live browser, internet mirror, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. API Keys and Third-Party Services

You may connect third-party API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to the Service. You are solely responsible for the use of those keys and for any charges incurred with third-party providers. Luffy encrypts stored API keys but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Luffy and its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUFFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
